I first signed up to swiftx thinking it was the beginner platform for me. I'm new to crytpo currency and wanted a platform with the highest level of support to assist me with getting started. I received no communication whatsoever and when trying to use their live chat I waited almost half the day to get a message back. Long story short I was wrong about swiftx. My girlfriend recommended I try using Bidex Market as they helped her set up her account and made sure she knew how to use it properly. I wish i signed up to Bidex Market first. I have had no issues since and I am happy I made the change before I put my money in that smaller company.
